The Scots are (unfairly?) portrayed as tightwads - even more so than Yorkshire men, and I speak as one of them, so who better to take cash saving tips from than our friends north of the border? The Thrifty Scot is essentially a money comparison site, but beyond that it also has news, articles and money saving ideas.
