Sibierski a major doubt
Antoine Sibierski is still rated a doubtful starter as Norwich City prepare for tomorrow's Championship match at Nottingham Forest. The on-loan striker missed last week's 3-2 home defeat by Swansea after returning to Wigan, where he had a steroid injection in the knee injury he suffered in the 2-2 draw against Preston.

Earnshaw out to make up for lost time
Striker Robert Earnshaw is hoping to make up for lost time with Nottingham Forest - starting by helping them to victory over his former club. The 27-year-old Wales international looks set to be available for tomorrow's Championship date with Norwich City after shaking off his second injury of the season, a calf problem.

Chadwick deal still on cards
MK Dons may still try to sign City's Luke Chadwick in the New Year - though the winger will be out of action for eight to 10 weeks. As previously reported in the Evening News, 28-year-old Chadwick has returned to Norwich for treatment after suffering a knee injury in training while on loan with the League One club.

Huckerby to wear Norwich colours again
Supporters will get at least one chance to see Darren Huckerby in Norwich City colours before he returns to the USA. Huckerby is to play for a City Legends’ team against a Yarmouth Town Legends’ XI at Wellesley Road on Wednesday, January 28 (7.30pm).

Doncaster keen on signing Cureton
Doncaster Rovers have admitted City's Jamie Cureton is on their list of targets. Manager Sean O'Driscoll is still trying to add a new striker to his squad despite ending a run of 12 games without a win with last week's 1-0 victory over Ipswich.

Scare for Clingan
Norwich City midfielder Sammy Clingan suffered another injury scare last night as Northern Ireland were beaten in Belfast. Clingan was in the wars and needed treatment in the dressing room following a clash of heads with Roland Guhasz after 41 minutes of the 2-0 friendly international defeat by Hungary.
